Freitag & Co is looking for experienced Associate candidates to strengthen our Frankfurt team.

Primary responsibilities

Process management and support in M&A and Refinancing & Financial Restructuring
Financial and business analysis
Presentations for clients, boards or committees
Support in negotiations
Training and development of analysts
Building client relationships

Prerequisites

Commitment to excellence
Successful work experience (at least two years) in M&A and Refinancing & Financial Restructuring at leading institutions
Degree in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, mathematics or sciences
Outstanding record of academic achievement
Fluent German and English

Prozessmanagement und Unterstützung in den Bereichen M&A und Refinanzierung & Finanzrestrukturierung
Finanz- und Geschäftsanalysen
Präsentieren vor Mandanten, Aufsichtsräten oder anderen Gremien
Unterstützung in Verhandlungen
Weiterentwickeln von Analysten
Aufbau von Kontakt mit Mandanten

Voraussetzungen

Hingabe zur Perfektion
Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer führenden Investmentbank
Abschluss in Business Administration, Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik oder Wissenschaft
Überdurchschnittlicher akademischer Werdegang
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
